Vegan Egg Salad Sandwich

Bringing you my favourite "egg" sandwich recipe. Protein packed, super simple and great for sharing this Christmas. It takes about 10mins to whip up, no boiling or peeling at all.

The key ingredient in this that is Black Salt (Kala Namak), not sure why it's called black because it's actually pink in colour. It has an egg smell and tangy taste due to the sulphur content.

𝘌𝘨𝘨 𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘥 𝘍𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨
• Medium Firm Tofu
• Kala Namak (black salt)
• Lemon Juice
• Pepper
• Chives/Spring onions (optional)
• Vegan Mayo (recipe below)

𝘝𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘰
• Silken Tofu
• Mustard
• Apple Cider Vinegar
• Lemon Juice
• Nutritional Yeast
• Maple Syrup
• Pepper
